Scatola legno di Natale Memories - Memories Christmas wood box

Buongiorno, care lettrici,
oggi vi mostro una scatola che ho creato per un'amica. Dentro ho messo il regalo e dei cioccolatini, che aggiungo quasi sempre nei miei pacchetti.
La scatola l'ho creata con il cartoncino effetto legno, che come sapete amo tanto. Sopra ho messo due tag con delle piccole decorazioni: tre mini timbri natalizi che ho colorato a mano e le fustellate delle foglie e della scritta "Ricordi". La mia amica potrà usare ancora la scatola per metterci foto, biglietti aerei e altre cose da conservare.
Ultimamente ho usato molto questo cartoncino, sia per fare delle scatole come questa (per esempio, quella del Quadretto 15 rose) che per le Casette di legno. Mi sono avanzati molti pezzetti piccoli e poiché io non butto mai via niente (e questo cartoncino è particolarmente caro) sto già pensando a un modo per utilizzare questi avanzi. Lo vedrete presto.

Good morning, dear readers,
today I'm showing you a box I have created for a friend of mine. I put inside the present and some chocolates, that I add almost everytime to my gifts.
I made the box with the wood effect cardstock, that I love so much, as you know. I put on it two tags with some small decorations: three mini Christmas stampings that I hand coloured and the leaves and word 'Memories' die cuts. My friend will use again the box to keep some photos, plane tickets and other things to keep.
In the last weeks I have used a lot of this cardstock, to make some boxes like this one (for example, the 15 roses frame) and Wood mini houses. I have a lot of small pieces left and as I never throw things away (and this cardstock is quite expensive) I am thinking on how to use these leftovers. You'll see it soon.

Vi mostrerò in un altro post il sacchetto in cui ho messo la scatola. Non è natalizio perché non volevo esagerare con le decorazioni di Natale, e anche perché avevo voglia di usare una fustellina che ho da poco.

I will show you the bag where I put the box in another post. It is not a Christmas bag because I didn't want to put too many Christmas decorations and I also wanted to use a lovely die I bought a few weeks ago.

Busta porta card con bottiglietta - Gift card holder envelope with tiny bottle

Buongiorno, creative!
Una coppia di amici ha una figlia di undici anni che ama studiare ed è davvero molto intelligente. Ha spirito critico e una capacità di giudizio veramente spiccata in molti campi. Ha anche buone doti creative. Le ho insegnato a creare fiori e scatoline, ed è diventata già autonoma e capace di insegnare a sua volta ad altri.
A volte le ho regalato dei libri, che so essere un regalo molto gradito, ma stavolta, per Natale, volevo lasciarle libertà di scelta, così ho pensato a una carta regalo di una grande libreria in modo che lei possa prendere i libri o i DVD che preferisce.
Ho preparato una bustina con i colori classici del Natale, il rosso e il verde, ma volevo aggiungere un tocco di magia, così ho pensato di riempire una minuscola bottiglietta con dei brillantini dorati e di attaccarla alla chiusura.

A couple of friends has an eleven-year-old daughter who loves studying and is really very clever. She has a critical mind and a marked judgement capacity in many fields. She also has good creative talent. I taught her to create flowers and little boxes and she can already make them by herself and was even able to teach it to other people.
Sometimes I gave her some books as a gift. I know this is a very appreciated present. But this time, for Christmas, I wanted her to be free to choose what she liked most, so I decided to give her a gift card of a big bookshop so that she can take the books or DVDs she prefers.
I made an envelope with the classic Christmas colours, red and green, but I wanted to add a touch of magic, so I filled up a tiny bottle with golden glitter and than put it on the closing.
