Album Romantico Anni '20 - Twenties Romantic Album

Buonasera a tutti,

oggi torno alla mia principale passione, gli album.

Quello che vedrete in questo post raccoglierà le foto di due delle persone più importanti della mia vita.

Ho scelto dei colori classici e romantici. Ho usato carte già decorate, ma ho aggiunto diversi elementi che ho creato io. Le lettere per i nomi sulla copertina le ho fustellate in un cartoncino dorato.

today I'm back with one of my main passions, albums.

THe one you see here will keep the photos of two of the most important people in my life.

I chose classic and romantic colours. I used patterned papers, but I added some elements I myself made. I die cut the letters to make their names from a golden cardstock.

Ho fustellato tre volte il pentagramma e ho incollato ogni pezzo sull'altro. In questo modo è diventato duro e manterrà la forma che gli ho dato.

I die cut three pentagrams and glued all of them together. It became a single strong piece. I shaped it with my fingers and glued it on the page.

Ho timbrato la cartolina e fustellato la busta e le lettere.

I stamped the postcard and die cut the envelope and the letters.

Mini album Romantic country

Buongiorno, creative!
Sto scrivendo la bozza di questo post, su cui ho già caricato le foto, con il cellulare ed è un'esperienza terrificante, che non ripeterò 😂. Ho dovuto correggere più volte la parola "creative" perché mi è apparso prima "creataverna" (mah... qualcuna di voi fa il muratore e costruisce tavole calde e affini?😄) e creatadi (? Mi piaceva di più "creataverna").
Volevo approfittarne per portarmi avanti con l'aggiornamento del blog in un momento libero fuori casa, ma il cellulare non collabora.
E voi normalmente come scrivete sul blog? Da casa col PC, con il telefono? Qual è la parola più strana o assurda che ha inventato il vostro telefono?
Avrete capito, se seguite il blog da tempo, che non sono una fanatica della tecnologia. Spesso creo album e scatole dall'aria vintage e anche la grafica del mio blog e le foto non sono particolarmente curate. È già tanto che io riesca a mettere i badge delle vincite delle sfide. È che sono più a mio agio con carta e penna che con mouse e touch screen.

Good morning, crafters!
I'm writing this post proof, on which I have already uploaded the photos, with my mobile and it is a terrifying experience. I won't do it anymore😂. I had to correct several times the word "crafters" because my mobile turned it into "creataverna" (more or less "inn crafter"; well, is anyone of you a bricklayer who builds up inns?) and "creatadi" (? I preferred "creataverna").
I wanted to update my blog while I had free time but I was not at home, but my mobile doesn't want to help me.
How do you use to write on your blogs? From home with your laptop? With your mobile? What is the strangest or most ridiculous word your mobile invented?
If you follow my blog since a while, I suppose you realized I am not so fanatic of technology. I often create album and boxes vintage style and also my blog graphic and the photos are not very accurate . I hardly can upload winning badges of challenges. You know, I feel more at my ease using paper and pens, rather than mouses and touch screens.

Per questo motivo nei giorni scorsi ho creato un mini album per un'amica - ex collega che mi manca come collega ma con cui spero di restare amica - dall'aria romanticamente rétro.
I colori dominanti sono il beige e il marrone, ma alcune delle carte usate hanno anche dei tenui colori pastello rosa e celeste.
E poi le immagini... Non so voi, ma io trovo adorabili questi disegni di farfalle, uccelli e piante che sembrano usciti da un vecchio album di un botanico o un ornitologo.
Trovo deliziosa anche la carta con le note musicali (la vedete in una delle tag circolari). Ho voluto riprendere questi temi anche sulla copertina: ho messo un fiore, una farfalla (tecnica usata nel post Album verde Farfalle in volo) e - osservate bene - un pentagramma con alcune note. Ho pensato di dare vivacità e movimento a quest'ultima figura in particolare incollandola leggermente ondulata. Per evitare che si rompa ho prima incollato due pentagramma uno sull'altro per irrobustire le sottili striscette di carta, poi con le mani l'ho ondulato e poi l'ho incollato alla copertina.

This is why during the latest days I created this mini album for a friend of mine. She was my colleague until a few weeks ago, but I hope we will keep meeting and being friends. This mini has a romantic rétro look.
The main colours are beige and brown, but some papers have also soft hues of pink and light blue.
And the images… I found amazing these drawings of butterflies, birds and plants. I hope you do, too. They seem to have come out from an old album of a botanist or an ornithologist.
I find lovely also the sheet with the notes of the scale (you can see it on one of the roung tags). I wanted to put the same again themes on the cover too: I put on a flower, a butterfly (technique explained in Flying butterflies green album) and a pentagram with some notes. I tried to make the pentagram lively and animated by glueing it slightly wavy. To avoid to break it I first glued one pentagram on another to strenghten the thin strips of paper, then I gave them a wavy shape with my fingers and I glued it on the cover.
