Segnalibro Bolle - Bubbles bookmark

Buonasera a tutti,

Good evening everybody,
these months I have made many bookmarks and I still have some to show you.
To make this one I used the background bubbles stamp, a sky blue inkpad and some clear embossing powder. For the back I used the fish stamp you saw in Sea shadow box and gold watercolour.
I used the bubbles stamp to make the moon in Sky Shadow box.

Segnalibro Avocado - Avocado Bookmark

Buongiorno a tutti,

Good morning, everybody,
as you know I often make bookmarks because I love reading and I give them to my friends as presents.
Today I show you a very easy bookmark I made with a lovely stamps set with avocado, toast, butter and other things.
I coloured all the elements with alcohol markers.

Segnalibro Fumetti - Comics bookmark

Good afternoon, dear readers,
these are hard days for us Italians, but we know we are doing the right thing. I'm sure we will get out stronger from this situation.
At midday all over Italy we clapped our hands, from our windows to thank doctors, nurses and all people who work in hospitals and who have been fighting to the end of their strenght since many weeks to save lives. We must not forget this when this storm will go away. They worked hard before Coronavirus to save people from other illnesses and they will go on doing it after this. May what is happening now teach us to be always grateful towards those who help people everyday, even silently.

When this storm will go away…
When this storm will go away go to a bookshop and buy "The Citadel" by A. J. Cronin. I advised you to read another book of this author - one of my favourites - a few years ago in the post of "Stars look down" card. "The Citadel" is the story of a courageous doctor who makes great efforts to heal his patients in a Welsh mining village.

Mi fa bene alla testa e all'anima.

I didn't stop crafting these days. This is my therapy. It heals my head and my soul. It helps me imagine the world that is yet to come, a better world. But I still have a lot of "old" crafts to show you and today I would like to start with a joyful, funny one. I hope it will make you smile.
I have recently made some bookmarks to give as gifts to some women. Now I have tried to make something masculine. We all know how difficult it can be masculine crafts.
I had to prepare a small gift for one of my nephews. I drew out a set of stamps that had been sleeping in a drawer for two or three years! I just don't know why!
It is a set on comics themed stamps. I coloured them with alcohol markers.

Questo è il retro.

This is the back.

Questi sono tutti i timbri del set.

These are all the stamps of the set.

Segnalibri e scatoline giapponesi - Japanese bookmarks and mini boxes

Buongiorno a tutte,

Good morning everybody,
today I show you a bunch of crafts I started many weeks ago and I wanted to complete with more pieces. Then I finished my Wink of Stella brushes - that I used a lot here - and it was temporarily out of stock where I use to buy it. I also had new ideas that you saw in my latest posts, so I couldn't finish these crafts as I wanted.

I made a bunch of Japan-themed mini boxes and bookmarks with different sets of stamps.
First I die cut the boxes and the bookmarks. Then I stamped the images, I coloured with alcohol markers and I gave them a finishing touch with Wink of Stella (except geishas).

I coloured each image with a grey marker to make it stand out (except fans B and cherry blossoms).

#1
Geisha

#2
Ventagli A / Fans A

#3
Lanterne / Lanterns

#4
Carpe rosse / Red carps

#5
Ventagli B / Fans B

#6

Here I put Wink of Stella only in the centre of the flowers, but you can't see it very well in the photo.

Di nuovo le scatole tutte insieme.

All the boxes together again.

Ecco i segnalibri. Ho seguito lo stesso procedimento delle scatoline.

Here are the bookmarks. I have used the same method as for the boxes.

#1-2
Geishe  e Ventagli A
Geishas and Fans A

#3-4
Lanterne e Carpe rosse
Lanterns and Red carps

#5-6
Ventagli B e Fiori di ciliegio
Fans B and Cherry blossoms

Il retro.

The back.

"Fatto a mano" means 'Handmade'.

Tutti i segnalibri.

All the bookmarks.

Tutte le scatole.

All the boxes.

Ecco alcune fasi del lavoro.

Here are some steps.

Here you can see the Japanese characters you can see on the back of the bookmarks.

From this set I used the fans B and cherry blossoms stamps.

Here's the first set I used, the one with geishas, lanterns, fans A and red carps.

Spero che questo lavoro vi sia piaciuto!

I hope you like these crafts!
